Singer/Songwriter
His
name is Gary Michael Wade
and with his whole heart he is a deep, loving, positive, and spiritually
rich individual, who loves to sing and dance. This is the energy of
the unique talent that Gary Michael Wade has brought to the dance floors
of NYC’s underground dance community for 2 decades. In 1990, Gary Michael
Wade took that energy to the stage with the release of “Dreams” on his
own Data Base Records label.
Producers Robert Clivilles and David Cole (C & C Music Factory) featured
Gary Michael Wade, Michelle Visage, Octavia Lambertis, and Jamal Alicea
in a group made up of singers called The S.O.U.L. S.Y.S.T.E.M. The group’s
first single “It’s Gonna Be A Lovely Day”, on Arista Records, was on
the soundtrack album from Whitney Houston’s film, “The Bodyguard.”
Over the years, Gary Michael Wade has collaborated with other noted
NYC producers including John Robertson, Freddie Bastone, Boyd Jarvis,
Bobby Konders, Dave Camacho, Cassio Ware, Pal Joey, and Quentin Harris.
“Freedom” his latest project (soon to be released on Deepa Records)
marks Gary Michael Wade’s return to seductive, deep, conscience, and
pulsating dance music.
