Hello my friends, I am sending you all happy holidays during this season, hope your family are all well and happy and healthy.

Blessings to you all hope that the food is good and ever so nourishing.

Greetings all, I hope this finds you healthy and happy. What a fantastic summer full of some legendary events from New Jersey to Coney Island. There were so many great one it would take all day to list. That being said welcome to a new season; it has been a crazy one so far, more like summer than fall. The new season is a great opportunity to try some new things, take stock of what has been working and what has not been working. It becomes a great time to set new goals and find the most affective way to achieve them. Remember it is never too late to become the person you were meant to be.

Realize that all things are connected; taking care of one thing will directly affects other areas of your life. Find the positive things in your life the things that give you inspiration. Become the fire of
inspiration make it so people can't help but want to be around you. I believe in you. So believe in you. Studies show that positive people live longer.

Now for some of the actual food stuff, keep in mind one thing, when looking at food. Real food is real food, real food is whole, real food is natural, real food is nourishing, real food is healthful, real
food is original, its integrity is intact. So do your best to find food that are real that meet some of the criteria. Your body is the most amazing machine ever created by god if you give it the correct
maintenance it will go forever. So on that note, are you drinking enough water? It is probably the most important food you could be taking in. Most of us are unintentionally dehydrated. We should be drinking like 8 – 10 big glasses a day. It sounds like a lot but it makes all the difference. Water makes up like 80 percent of your body. It keeps you lubricated, flushes out toxins, gives your skin
elasticity, helps with digestion, keeps you alert, helps your brain function, the list is endless so drink more water.

Water itself is amazing in what it does but also in what influences it. It is frequency sensitive to its environment, negative and positive thought and environment change its composition directly.
Find any book by Dr Emato he takes water from different environments flash freezes it and microscopically photographs the crystal formations. Can I just say wow!!!! In the hidden message of water, the photos are spectacular you can see the erratic formations of negative exposure, in major contrast to positive exposure, with its uniform and angelic formations. So that being said, talk to your water help to change the frequency. Use positive thoughts, call it beautiful, call it a blessing, call it nourishing. Do this when you are filling your ice cubes you will see the difference in the cubes.
Do it when you are drinking water, be conscious and connected to the water.

Find the positive things in your life things that give you inspiration. Make it so people can't help but want to be around you. It is not that hard, to do, it is hard to maintain but it can be done. I believe in you. So believe in you. Studies show that positive people live longer.

Try to keep active find exercise at least 2 times a week for at least 45 mins. The colder months make us slow down; the bodies natural reaction to the colder to bulk up in order to keep our core warmer. So find a yoga class, a gym, a sport, find a buddy to support you and support them. It is so important to maintain a healthy weight and keep it to a manageable level; the extra weight really wears on your body. Be good to yourself, live life to the fullest, your life can be short and full of illness or it can be great grand and profound. That is my wish for all of you find inspiration, become inspiration.
