Jackson
Brown credits Picasso
and Miro as his stylistic inspirations. But in terms of his path he
seems to be following in the footsteps of other celebrated artists.
Much like Keith Haring, drawing influence from the legendary dance club
Paradise Garage or Andy Warhol's relationship to the area nightclub.
Jackson is an up-and-coming artist in New York City's renowned nightclub
scene. Jackson has been painting "live" at undergroundevents,
such as Bang The Party, on a regular basis since 1996, and has been
featured at special events like DMC's DJ Battle for World Supremacy.
Inaddition to Jackson's diversified collections, a significant body
of work has been born out of his relationship with Bang The Party, it's
people, music and energy. Jackson has been featured in Time Out New York,
Flyer NYC and Mixer magazines.
